Are you planning a Cinderella Quinceanera? We love this theme! Our featured Quinceañera Gaby pulled off this theme like it was straight out of the book.
“Oh, it’s a beautiful dress! Did you ever see such a beautiful dress? And look! Glass slippers. Why, it’s like a dream. A wonderful dream come true.”
Many of us grew up watching Disney princess movies or reading stories about happily-ever-afters. We all wished and dreamed that we would one day become a princess from these movies and books.
For this lucky quinceañera, her wonderful dream did come true! Gaby wanted a fairy tale quince to be straight from the storybooks. Just like many of us, she grew up listening to these romantic stories and fairy tales. This inspired her so much, that she had her very own Cinderella theme Quinceanera!
Dress & Accessories
Gaby chose a Cinderella quinceanera dress from Galdina’s Dresses in San Antonio, which resembles Cinderella’s ball gown perfectly. Her accessories were all silver, including her heels. For her bouquet, she incorporated the colors white and pink, along with light blue.
Cinderella Themed Court
Gaby’s damas and chambelanes looked amazing at her Cinderella themed quince! Her damas wore white dresses with silver flats, while her chambelanes wore black suits with light blue ties, and boutonnieres that resembled her bouquet.
Father Daughter Dance
“So I will dance with Cinderella,
while she is here in my arms,
’cause I know something the prince never knew.
Oh, I will dance with Cinderella.
I don’t wanna miss even one song
’cause all too soon the clock will strike midnight
and she’ll be gone”
Song: Stephen Curtis Chapman, Cinderella
One of the most special moments of the night was the Father-Daughter dance. It’s a very magical moment for all in attendance. Gaby and her father danced to “Magicas Princesas” by Jesús Adrián Romero. We can only imagine how sentimental this was for both of them. Her dad watched his princess grow into a young lady.
Gaby’s Cinderella theme quince had an amazing four-tiered cake, which was made by Virginia Sanches. Our favorite part of this cake is the topper! It’s a pumpkin carriage, just like the movie, which is absolutely gorgeous. The cake is also decorated with golden butterflies and roses all around. The guests were very impressed!
Gaby’s Cinderella theme quinceanera couldn’t have happened without her beautiful family. Gaby’s mother said her venue, Emporium & Yarlen Linens, planned most of everything for them. They only chose the theme, cake, photographer, and music. This kind of service can save a lot of time and money for a lot of Quince moms and queens who are currently planning! Make sure to check out your local venues and see if they offer packages that offer seating and decorations. Gaby and her mom hired Jersson Luna Photography, who took all the pictures in this article. One tip that Gaby’s mother has for our future #QuinceQueens is to live your dreams!
