Traditional Mexican Dance For Quinceañeras

Are you having a Mexican themed Quinceañera, and want everything you need to plan a Charro Quinceañera? Don’t worry, we got you! Below you will find a list of our favorite traditional Mexican folklore dance, that will give you inspiration for your party.

La Danza de Los Viejitos (The Old Men Dance) is a traditional Mexican dance that originated in Jarácuaro Michoacán, Mexico. Turn the costume into a fun DIY project and ask your court to help you make it after one of your weekly practice.

Typically, Mexican parties are very cheerful and full of bright colors. Don’t be shy and use them all in your Dama’s attire, for your traditional Mexican dance.

If your budget allows it, consider hiring a choreographer that way you don’t stress about having to come up with choreography, and you are ensured that someone else is already taking care of that process.

It’s not necessary for you to have your Chambelanes in your traditional Mexican dance. You and your Damas can steal the spotlight, and rock those dance moves.

Be the Queen that you are, and show off all of your best dance moves!
