Do you provide a shuttle service for guests that are traveling to/from Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD)?
Yes! We have a complimentary shuttle service to transport out-of-town guests to and from the airport.
How many people can your venue accommodate?
Our 4,000 square foot ballroom can seat up to 220 people and includes space for a dance floor, head table, and DJ station. Our 1,200 square foot connected foyer provides extra space for food buffet, bar stations, photo booth, coat rack, etc. at no additional charge,
Do your prices change for less popular days?
Yes! We are flexible and will do everything possible to accommodate your budget. We offer cash bars and hosted bar with premium imports and domestic beers at reasonable prices.
What is covered in your basic package?
Our basic package includes our ballroom, tables/chairs, dance floor, customized buffet menu, waitstaff, onsite coordinator, and complimentary parking.
Can I use my own suppliers for anything?
We are happy to work with your chosen suppliers for anything outside our basic package (décor, DJ, photography, limousine, etc.) -- OR we can provide a bundled package through our partnering vendors.
Do you offer free parking?
Yes. Onsite self-parking is complimentary and only 20 feet from the ballroom foyer entrance – making it easy for your guest vehicles and limousines. Valet parking is available for an additional charge.
What accommodations do you have for out-of-town guests?
We offer 2-room suites for guests who would like to stay overnight and wake refreshed. Our 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle leaves every 20 minutes from the hotel, eliminating the need to make other transportation arrangements.
Are changing/dressing rooms available for the Quinceañera?
Yes. We have complimentary dressing rooms available, separate from the reception area.

I just had my reception here at the end of July and LOVED it. The ballroom was recently renovated and looks very nice, if a little plain. However when you turn the lights down and have candles lit and all the decorations and centerpieces, it’s gorgeous, I promise! The chairs are very comfy, too, even for larger guests. We had 14 tables (8-10 people) plus a head table and the room looked comfortably full. Beka, the event coordinator, was fantastic. She responded to every email promptly, even giving suggestions for when/how to do things. We gave her all of the place cards, table runners, etc before we left for the ceremony and she set up everything for us. I can’t say enough about how helpful Beka was. During the reception she was on hand to handle any problems, and the rest of the staff was also super helpful (like when my matron of honor ran out to request they start serving food immediately because I could tell the speeches were going to get long, they immediately brought out the soup! Or like when my mom wanted a drink right after the bar closed for dinner and the waitress brought her a glass special!). They stored our flowers in the fridge the night before the ceremony for us, and brought us mimosas the morning of the wedding!
The Sheraton offers package deals which include dinner, open bar, cake, and overnight hotel stays. It was so worth it to do this package and not have to deal with all the separate vendors! The only problem we had was with the room block for our out of town guests. Since we didn’t give the hotel an estimate of how many rooms we would need in the block, they started it small and said they would add rooms when it filled up. Except they didn’t. We had to call/email three different times in order to ask them to add rooms so people could get the wedding rate. Once we contacted them, they always took care of it right away, though. Each room is a suite, so there was plenty of room for us to get ready.
