About

Our “2021 Design Your Day” package is listed below. We rent Monday through Thursday for 10 hours. While on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays we rent for 12 hours with the main floor and both yards for up to 200 guests plus vendors.

The “Design Your Day” package allows our clients to choose the outside vendors (caterers, bar, bands, and/or DJ’s, etc) they want to collaborate with to create their event. You may use your preferred vendors and DIY with friends & family. 

The York Manor allows for late night events with a closing time of 2:00 am (Friday & Saturdays only) with a full property buy-out including The Rembrandt Speakeasy downstairs. You are welcome to have full bar service at our venue as long as it’s a hosted bar (open) and not a cash bar.

New for 2020, we now offer in-house event planning, day of coordination, bar management, event staffing, and furniture rentals. Once you book The York Manor as the location and upon request we will create a customized event proposal.

2021 Design Your Day Packages:

Friday “Design Your Day” package includes*:

$5,000.00 (2021 Rental fee)

  • 12 hours for the day of the event (3 hours for set up, 7 hours for the event, 2 hours for cleanup/breakdown)
  • CA Sales Tax (Included in the rental fee above)
  • Site Representative for a 12 hours (Included in the rental, additional hours will incur an additional cost)
  • 2 hours for rental pick up for the next day ($100/hr charge may apply to have staff on site. If there is an event on the next day, rentals must be picked-up the same night or early the next morning)
  • 3 additional 1-hour pre-event planning appointments (Please schedule 1 week in advance, if they are after business hours Monday-Friday between 9-5, a site rep fee of $75/hr will apply)
  • Additional Amenities listed at the bottom of the email

 Additional Charges:

$ 150.00 – $250.00 Event Insurance (approximate depending on activities, to be outsourced by 3rd party)

$ 1,000.00 To add on The Rembrandt Speakeasy for the duration of the event

 

Saturday “Design Your Day” package includes*:

$5,500.00 (2021 Rental fee) 

  • 12 hours for the day of the event (3 hours for set up, 7 hours for the event, 2 hours for cleanup/breakdown)

  • Site Representative for 10 hours (Included in the rental, additional hours will incur an additional cost)

4 Restrooms with fans and lights, 1 ADA compliant restroom with changing table
Filtered Water off the Sink and Refrigerator for Caterer and Guests
1 Ramp for easy access to load in and load out
3 Butcher Block Prep Tables (Can be moved and used for bars as well)
2 White 4 Foot Rounds

Stock & Maintain Restrooms during the event
Pre & Post Event Heavy Cleaning

 Garbage Hauling for the event (limit 1 dumpster per event, additional dumpster will incur a charge)
5 Large Garbage Bins with liners
3 Large Recycling Bins with liners
2 Standing Ashtrays

Available for Additional Rental:

Basic White Folding Chairs up to 250
Basic Round & Rectangle tables with linens
Luxury Furniture to create a lounge in the main room or yards
PA System (speakers, cables and microphone)

Yes! We are known for being an "open vendor" event space.

Can I buy my own alcohol?

Yes! And, it does have to be served by a bartender since there are minors present at the event.

Beautiful venue! My husband and I are both chefs and we didn’t want a venue that would require us to use their preferred vendors and caterers, and we were able to bring in our own style and people to have the wedding we wanted. We did ceremony inside, cocktail and dinner outside and dancing back inside. Stephen was extremely professional and quick with responses. On-site day of rep was professional and attentive to our planner. The entire day was just the best!

When we first visited The York Manor we knew it would be the perfect venue for our wedding. It really fit who we were and loved the multiple spaces that The Manor has to offer. I absolutely enjoyed how we hosted our cocktail hour in the Speakeasy which was a big surprise to our guests. The ballroom space fit all of our 140 guests comfortably and gave us plenty of space for dancing. What I enjoyed most was being able to design our own day with our vision in mind. Stephen and Alicia were always very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process.My coordinator was able to visit beforehand to plan with us and make sure our day went perfectly. I highly recommend this venue as it offers flexibility, plenty of space, and a beautiful location for your special day.
